NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will be conducting JEE Advanced 2021 as a computer-based exam on October 3. JEE Advanced 2021 exam will consist of two papers- paper 1 and 2. It must be noted that all the candidates have to appear for both the JEE Advanced 2021 papers.

JEE Advanced 2021 exam date and time

Paper 1

October 3, 2021 (09:00 am - 12:00 noon)

Paper 2

October 3, 2021 (2:30 pm- 5:30 pm)

Both the JEE Advanced 2021 papers will consist of three separate sections- physics, chemistry and mathematics. The total time duration of each JEE Advanced paper 2021 will be 3 hours. JEE Advanced 2021 will have a concept of full, partial and zero marks questions. JEE Advanced question paper 2021 will be available in both Hindi and English languages.

JEE Advanced 2021: Important Instructions

  • JEE Advanced 2021 exam will be conducted in the selected cities and towns of India divided over seven IIT zones.

  • Candidates should reach their allotted JEE Advanced exam centres 2021 before the reporting time.

  • It must be noted that the main entrance of the examination centre will be closed at 9:00 am for JEE Advanced Paper 1 and at 2:30 pm for Paper 2.

  • Candidates must carry their JEE Advanced admit card 2021 to the exam centres along with a valid photo ID proof.

  • It is advised that the candidates should bring drinking water in a transparent bottle.

  • Candidates must wear a mask and carry hand sanitizer (up to 50 ml in a transparent bottle).

  • Responses of candidates who will appear for both JEE Advanced 2021 papers will only be evaluated.

  • Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices like mobile phones to the exam centres. A candidate may wear a simple analog watch.

JEE Advanced 2021 response sheet will be released on October 5 on the official website. Candidates will be able to download their provisional JEE Advanced answer keys 2021 on October 10. Challenges to answer keys can be made from October 10 to 11. The final answer key and JEE Advanced results 2021 will be available on October 15.
