NEW DELHI: The top 2.5 lakh candidates of the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) will appear for the JEE Advanced 2023 exams. The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) grant admission on the basis of the JEE Advanced ranks and conducting separate counselling processes through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).

As many as six rounds of JoSAA counselling were held last year and given below are the Round 6 closing ranks at which the IITs provided admission to BTech in Electrical Engineering. The JoSAA counselling registration begins after the JEE Advanced exam. JoSAA conducts counselling for the IITs, NITs, Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other Government-Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs).

While the registration for the second session of JEE Main 2023 is underway, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released JEE Main 2023 BArch, BPlanning answer key along with the JEE Mains paper 2 results, on Tuesday, February 28. The NTA has dropped three questions from the JEE Mains 2023 session 1 paper 2.
