Try NowNEW DELHI: Indian Institute of technolgy Hyderabad is going to host a two-day event on June 20 and 21 for aspiring students who have written or will write the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main and Advanced) for admission in the IITs. The JEE Advanced result 2023 is expected on June 18.
IIT Hyderabad’s “Open Day” The event is intended to showcase IIT Hyderabad’s measures for supporting and encouraging entrepreneurship and innovation among students.

They will also be introduced to the new BTech programmes that are industry-oriented, internships programmes that allow for semester-long internships as well as the new curriculum that focuses on building innovation and entrepreneurship skills in students from the first year of BTech itself, said IIT Hyderabad director BS Murty.
IITH JEE Open Day: Hybrid mode
The event will take place on June 20, 2023, in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and virtual participation. This event seeks JEE Advanced candidates from various locations to attend the event and engage with innovative ideas. On June 21, the ‘Open Day’ will be online only.
BS Murty, the director of IIT Hyderabad said, “IIT Hyderabad focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship, aiming to equip the dynamic youth with the necessary skills and mindset to become job providers rather than job seekers.”

IITH will provide the necessary links through its official website and various social media platforms which will enable participants to join the event without issues and stay connected with the latest updates and announcements.
IIT Madras also announced a similar programme ‘demo day’ for JEE aspirants and their parents on June 24,2023, for counselling and a demo tour will also be provided.
