NEW DELHI, JANUARY 18: National Testing Agency (NTA) has recently concluded January session of JEE Main 2019. The authorities have released the question paper with recorded responses and answer key after the conclusion of the examination. With the release of official answer key, authorities had opened the window to challenge the answer key till January 17 if they found any questions and answers given wrong in the examination. As per the education experts, it is found that there could be 13 questions which were wrong in the examination.

According to the Learn.careers360 experts, 9 questions in Physics, 2 questions each in Chemistry and mathematics were wrong the national level engineering entrance examination.

Here is a list of questions and answers that went wrong in JEE main 2019 January session pointed out by the Learn.careers360 expert- Click here

Careers360's Take

Through the list of wrong questions and answers released by Learn.careers360, we can see that some of the questions had no correct options. This raises concerns over the fact that to challenge the answer key, the candidates had to select one of the correct options and then submit their claim. However, if there are no correct options among the four provided by the authorities, how can the candidate select the right one and submit it for the challenge?

Another concern which we came across was the bonus points. If the analysis of wrong questions by the experts come true will NTA provide the bonus points to the candidates? Will candidates get the advantage of it? There are a lot of such questions which have been raised after this news came out. The answers to all these questions will be available only once NTA releases the final answer key after evaluating the student's feedback.

If this is the case with the national level engineering entrance exam JEE main which is going to be held again in April, then some concerns can be raised for NEET 2019 too which will be conducted by the same authority once a year.
