JEE Main 2019 Paper-1 for January session commences tomorrow

New Delhi, January 8: National Testing Agency (NTA), the conducting body will commence JEE Main 2019 Paper-1 from January 9. The exam will be conducted in two sessions per day till January 12. The exam will be conducted in 467 Centres in 258 Cities including 9 abroad cities. It is the first time that the exam will be conducted completely as a Computer Based Test (CBT).

The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 to 12:30 and the second shift from 2:30 to 5:30. Students appearing for the national level entrance exam are advised to report before time according to the shift allotted to them to avoid any kind of problem in entry. Do’s and Don’ts

Reach the exam centre before time.

Adhere to the guidelines mentioned on the admit card.

Do not wear any kind of jewellery pieces like rings, bracelets, etc to avoid any unfavorable conditions during security check.

Don’t carry any unnecessary item along with you to the exam centre which can lead you in trouble.

Check the system allotted to you for its working conditions.

Don’t panic and be calm and concentrate on your exam
JEE Main 2019 Paper-2 has been concluded on January 8 for both the shifts. About 180,052 candidates appeared at 390 centres. Authorities had installed jammers at the exam centres in order to prevent any kind of cheating and ensure that the exam was conducted in a fair manner.
