JEE Main 2019 result to be announced tomorrow; What is Next?

NEW DELHI, APRIL 29: National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the official result of JEE Main April 2019 tomorrow i.e., April 30. Contrary to the speculation that the result will be declared earlier than the scheduled date, the authorities have not yet announced any scores of the students who attempted the examination. Candidates should be able to access their result tomorrow through the official website along with the final answer key.
To check the result, the candidates will have to log in through the “Candidate Login” using their JEE Main application number and date of birth/password. The scores secured in the entrance examination will be reflected on the screen after the candidates log into their account. Rank list for both January and April attempted is also scheduled to be released along with the result.
JEE Main April 2019 was conducted on April 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 for 9,58,618 registered candidates.
What After JEE Main 2019 Result?
After the result is announced, the candidates will be able to check their qualifying status. There are various paths that the candidates can take after the results are declared. Those who fall under the top 2,45,000 candidates will be able to apply for JEE Advanced 2019 and get their registrations done between May 3 to 9.
In the second option, the candidates who do not meet the cutoff for JEE Advanced 2019 can apply for JoSAA, which is the counselling process for admission into NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. Registrations for JoSAA will commence tentatively from the second week of June.
Private and some state engineering institutes will also be accepting JEE Main scores for B.Tech admissions. Candidates can always opt for such institutes after receiving their result of JEE Main 2019.
