NEW DELHI, APRIL 29: JEE Main 2019 result for April session announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) soon. Candidates would be able to check their result of JEE Main 2019 after the exam authorities activated the result link. NTA has already confirmed the exact date for the announcement of JEE Main 2019 result as mentioned above. After the declaration of results of JEE Main 2019 examination, candidates can use their application number and password/date of birth to view their result. Students can get the latest updates and news related to JEE Main result 2019.

Here’s how to check JEE Main 2019 results

  • Open the official website of NTA - jeemain.nic.in

  • Click on the result link appear on the screen.

  • Then enter the application number and password/date of birth.

  • On clicking on the submit button, the JEE Main 2019 result will appear on the screen.

  • Save the result page as a PDF file for admission purpose.

JEE Main 2019 result Live Updates

9:00 PM: Finally, NTA has released the JEE Main result 2019 on the official website.

7:10 PM: JEE Main result 2019 is not released by NTA. Be aware of fake links like (jeemainnic.in). We will update the official link once NTA declares the result.

7:00 PM: NTA will announce JEE Main 2019 shortly. The result link is still not activated. We will update the result link as soon as the results are announced by the authorities. Stay tuned to our live updates of JEE Main 2019 result.

6:45 PM: This year total of 10.25 lakh students appeared for JEE Main 2019 April session and 10.13 lakh students attempted the JEE Main 2019 January session. In both, the sessions around 72% of candidates appeared for both January and April exam.

6:30 PM: JEE Main 2019 result to be announced in a few minutes.

JEE Main result 2019 will be released in a few minutes from now. Candidates are required to keep their login credentials and admit card with them to log in to the result portal.

6:15 PM: The four NTA scores for each of the candidates in Paper-1 of January session as well as for the April session will be combined for the compilation of result and preparation of overall Rank/Merit List.

6:00 PM: What all will be included in JEE Main 2019 scorecard?

The JEE Main 2019 scorecard will contain the following details:

  • NTA score
  • Rank
  • Physics marks
  • Chemistry Marks
  • Mathematics Marks
  • Name
  • Parents Name
  • Exam Centre
  • Roll number

5:45 PM: JEE Main 2019 results likely to be announced in the next hour

Candidates can check their ranks and cutoff for JEE Advanced 2019. In the JEE Main 2019 results, authorities will also release rank list for different categories along with subject wise scores of the candidates. There will be a total of 4 scores: NTA score, Mathematics score, Physics score and Chemistry score.

5:30 PM: What if two or more candidates score equal marks in JEE Main 2019

Many In case two or more candidates obtain equal scores, the rank will be decided in the following order:

  • Marks in Mathematics section
  • Marks in Physics
  • Marks in Chemistry
  • Candidate with higher age
  • If the tie still persists, candidates will be given the same ranks.

5:20 PM: Colleges and institutes that accept JEE Main 2019 scores

Many top engineering colleges like NITs, IIITs, CFTIs and a lot of private engineering and architecture institutes will accept JEE Main 2019 results to give admissions. Authorities will also release a cut-off for JEE Advanced exam through which students can get admissions to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for students.

4:50 PM: JEE Main results 2019: Expected Cutoff

NTA will release the JEE Main cutoff for eligibility for JEE Advanced 2019. For admissions, every college has its own merit list. The merit list is prepared on the basis of scores secured by candidates in JEE Main 2019. The expected cutoff for JEE Main 2019 is 8--85 marks. Candidates who secure a rank in top 2,45,000 will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced 2019.

4:30 PM: According to recent media reports, the result of JEE Main 2019 will be announced around 7:00 pm. Candidates can access their results by using the login credentials includes the application number and DOB/password.

4:15 PM: As per the officials JEE Main 2019 result may be declared today before 7 pm today.

NOTE: The JEE Main 2019 result will be compiled based on the final answer key. No objections with respect to the answer key after the announcement of the result will be considered by NTA.
