NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency has concluded JEE Main 2020 slot 2 on September 3 across the country. Aspirants were reported to have arrived at the centres well before the reporting time and successfully completed the security checks. Dress code of JEE Main were majorly followed by students and the authorities also followed the COVID SOPs. Slot 2 of JEE Main September 3 was conducted from 3 PM to 6 PM at 660 exam centres successfully.

As per the candidates analysis, the overall difficulty level of the exam was moderate. Aspirants found the mathematics section moderate to difficult while physics was quite hard with tricky questions. The questions asked in the chemistry section were easy to moderate. As per the reports there was no technical glitch and all the COVID-19 guidelines were followed in all the centres. There were a total 75 questions asked in JEE Main 2020.

As per the previous year trends, candidates can expect JEE Main 2020 qualifying cutoff to be around 89 while reserved category candidates can expect it to be lower. JEE Main cutoff will be released along with the official result.

Ashish who is from CBSE board told us that chemistry part was quite simple and all the questions were asked from NCERT. As per his analysis physics part was quite tricky and lengthy while mathematics section was moderate to difficult.

As per Ankit student of Haryana board, “Mathematics part was quite lengthy while physics section had tricky questions from kinematics. Chemistry was easy to moderate and questions were easy to understand.

Manisha told us that the overall difficulty level was moderate. She added, “Most of the questions were asked from previous years. In the mathematics section most of the questions were asked from vectors.”
