JEE Main 2021, NEET: Ramesh Pokhriyal likely to announce details tomorrow

NEW DELHI: Rajnath Singh, Union Defence Minister along with Union Education Minister, Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ and other state education ministers will hold a high level meeting tomorrow. The meeting will be held on May 23 at 11:30 AM to discuss the decision on JEE Main 2021, NEET and board exams. The entrance exams like JEE Mains 2021, NEET and more were postponed due to the increase in COVID19 cases.

NTA successfully conducted the JEE Main 2021 February and March sessions. However, the authorities had postponed the April & May session which were scheduled on April 27, 28, 29 and 30, 2021 and May 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28, 2021. Final JEE Mains 2021 exam dates will be released 15 days before the exam. Candidates can expect NTA to release the JEE Main 2021 admit card for the April session soon at the official website.

Along with NEET and JEE Main 2021, candidates are eagerly waiting for the decision on board exams. The Ministry of Education has already cancelled CBSE class 10th board exams due to COVID-19 pandemic in the country. The decision to hold CBSE class 12th board exam is expected to be out soon.

The National Testing Agency has announced NEET exam date 2021 at the official website on March 12. NEET 2021 exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 1 in offline pen & paper mode. NTA will release the NEET application form 2021 release date soon at the official website.

According to the previous year’s dates, the postponed JEE Main April exam was conducted in September. It is expected that the new JEE Main 2021 exam dates may fall in September 2021.
