JEE Main 2021 session 3 result expected soon; Know about rank list
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JEE Main 2021 session 3 result soon. Know about JEE Main 2021 rank list.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the JEE Main 2021 session 3 result soon on the official website - jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check the JEE Main 2021 July result (session 3) using their application number and password.
JEE Main 2021 3rd session result will contain the details of the subject-wise NTA scores and total NTA scores obtained by candidates in the exam along with other basic details.
Many students are confused about the release of the JEE Main rank list 2021. It should be noted that the rank list will not be published along with the JEE Main 2021 3rd session result. NTA will release the All-India Ranks of candidates after the conclusion of JEE Main 2021 session 4. Candidates can check the procedure of preparing JEE Main rank/merit list 2021 below.
How JEE Main 2021 rank list will be prepared
The authorities will prepare the JEE Main rank list 2021 based on the scores obtained by candidates in different sessions. It should be noted that the best NTA scores of candidates in all the JEE Main 2021 sessions will be considered for preparing the rank list. Thus, the NTA will check the JEE Main result 2021 of all the sessions of a candidate and will consider the best result to prepare the rank list.
If a candidate has appeared in only one session of JEE Main 2021 then his/her rank will be based on the performance in that session.

JEE Main 2021 rank list- Tie Breaking Procedure
A candidate having a high NTA score in Mathematics in JEE Main result 2021 will be given preference.
If still a tie persists, NTA score in Physics in JEE Main 2021 result will be taken into account. If tie still continues, NTA score of Chemistry will be considered.
If a tie still persists, the authorities will consider age to allot a rank.
Finally, if the tie still happens, the concerned candidates will be given the same JEE Main 2021 rank.
JEE Main 2021 counselling and seat allotment
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of JEE Main 2021 rank list will be eligible for JEE Main counselling 2021 process. It should be noted that the JEE Main 2021 counselling will be conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA). Eligible and interested candidates will be required to complete JoSAA registration as per the schedule and fill in their preferred choices to be considered for final admission.
JEE Main 2021 session 3 exam was conducted on July 20, 22, 25 and 27. The exam dates of JEE Main 2021 4th session are August 26, 27, 30 and September 1 and 2.
