NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency will commence the JEE Main 2022 exam for session 1 from tomorrow, June 23. Applicants appearing for the exam can check mistakes to avoid during the JEE Mains 2022 exam. Joint Engineering Entrance (Main) 2022 exam will be conducted in computer based mode for a duration of 3 hours. Applicants are advised to follow all the JEE Main 2022 instructions and guidelines at the exam centre as mentioned in the admit card.

JEE Mains 2022 date for session 1 is June 23 to 29, 2022 while session 2 will be conducted from July 21 to 30, 2022. Candidates appearing for the exam must carry their JEE Main admit card 2022 along with one valid photo ID on exam day.

Mistakes to avoid during JEE Main 2022 exam

1- Read all the instructions carefully

Before attempting for JEE Main 2022 paper, applicants must read all the instructions carefully. It helps candidates to understand the paper pattern, marking scheme and other aspects related to the JEE Main 2022 exam. 2- Go through question paper thoroughly

Applicants appearing for the exam must read all the questions carefully. NTA has also introduced negative marking in JEE Main 2022 section B. To avoid negative marking, Candidates should go through the questions carefully to get the correct solution.

3- Do not spend too much time on one question

Candidates are advised not to spend much time on one question. JEE Main 2022 paper will be conducted for 3 hours. Spending too much time on one question will result in attempting less questions and scores.

4- Do not panik

Applicants are advised to not get nervous during the exam. Candidates should focus on the strong areas and subjects they have prepared for the exam. It helps candidates to boost their confidence during the exam.
