JEE Main 2024 session 2 exam dates revised; exams from April 4 to 15

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has revised the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main 2024) session 2 exam dates. As per the new JEE Main session 2 exam dates, the engineering entrance exam will be held from April 4 to 15.
Earlier, the NTA JEE Main April session 2 was scheduled to be conducted from April 1, however, it has been postponed by four days. The JEE Mains session 2 registration link has been made available on the official website, jeemain.nta.ac.in. The last date to submit the application form is March 2.

The NTA informed today that a total of 12,21,615 registered for the BE, BTech paper in JEE Main session 1, of which 11,70,036 appeared, recording 95.8% attendance across the country. This is one of the highest percentages of attendance for JEE (Main) since NTA has started the conduct of JEE Main exam. JEE Mains paper 2A, 2B saw a total of 74,002 registration, out of which 55,493 candidates appeared.
The NTA JEE Main registration is now open for session 2. Candidates who wish to attempt the exam for the second time and first time applicants will have to register before the deadline. However, second-attempt candidates can use the same application number and password to opt for session 2.

The NTA has issued instructions to fill the JEE Main form 2024 for candidates applying fresh and those opting for second attempt.
