NEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2025) answer key and response sheet for all 13 lakh candidates who appeared in the session 1 exams held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, 29, and 30 has been published on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. As per the latest NTA JEE Main notification 2025, the last date to challenge the JEE Main session 1 answer key is February 6 up to 11.50 pm.
Those candidates who are satisfied with the provisional answer key, will be allowed to challenge by paying a non-refundable objection fee of Rs 200 per question. “Challenges without justification/evidence and those filed on any other medium other than the prescribed link will not be considered,” the NTA clarified.
Out of the 13.79 registered candidates, around 13 lakh appeared in the JEE Mains session 1 exams held on 6 days across 284 locations in India and 15 cities abroad in two shifts. As per the overall shift-wise JEE Main exam analysis, January 28 shift 1 was rated “the toughest” by the students.
JEE Main NTA marks of 99.5 (200-210 percentile); 99.1 (180-190 percentile), and 98.5 (164-172 percentile) will be considered as a good score, as per subject experts and previous years’ question paper difficulty level.
The provisional answer keys for JEE Main and the recorded response sheet is likely to be displayed for two to three days. Candidates are required to download the JEE Main response sheet and answer key before the deadline.
Candidates can check the marking scheme for both JEE Main BE, BTech paper 1 and BArch and BPlanning paper 2 from the table given below.
