JEE Main January 2020 Paper 1 to commence today

New Delhi, January 7: National Testing Agency (NTA) will be commencing Paper 1 of JEE Main 2020 today i.e., January 7 from 9:30 AM. The forenoon shift for the January session will be held until 12:30 PM. The afternoon shift will commence from 2:30 PM and will end at 5:30 PM. Paper 1, which is being held for B.E./B.Tech admissions, will be conducted completely as a computer based test till January 9. All candidates are expected to reach the exam centre at least two hours before the commencement of the examination.
JEE Main 2020 Paper 1 (January session) will consist of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. According to the exam pattern, the candidates will have to attempt multiple choice and numerical value questions. Each shift will be 3 hours long.
Paper 2 of JEE Main for B.Arch/B.Plan admissions was conducted yesterday i.e., January 6. According to the students who attempted the examination, the paper was of moderate difficulty. Mathematics section was found to be tough while the aptitude and drawing/planning sections were of medium difficulty level.
