NEW DELHI: With the display of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2025 paper 2 final answer key, it is expected that the National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the JEE Main BArch result 2025 for session 1 soon on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Based on the JEE paper 2 final answer key , NTA will prepare JEE Main 2025 session 1 paper 2 results. Candidates were allowed to raise objections against the provisional answer key by February 16.
JEE Mains 2025 paper 2A and 2B for BArch and BPlanning were conducted on January 30 in a single shift from 3 pm to 6:30 pm.
JEE Main paper 2 result 2025: Tie-breaking criteria
NTA has revised the tie-breaking criteria and dropped the age factor and ascending order. In case two candidates obtain equal NTA score, the ties will be resolved using the following criteria:
- NTA score in mathematics, followed by
- NTA score in aptitude test, followed by
- NTA score in drawing test, followed by
- Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in all the subjects in the test, followed by
- Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in mathematics in the test, followed by
- Candidate with less proportion of a number of attempted incorrect answers and correct answers in aptitude test (Part-II) in the test
- In case the tie persists, the candidates will be given the same rank.
