Where to download the JEE Main self declaration form 2020
JEE Main self declaration form is a part of the candidates JEE Main admit card. To download the self declaration form of JEE Main, candidates need to visit the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in and login through the admit card link using their application number and password/date of birth. Download the JEE Main admit card, which is a 4-page pdf with first page containing exam centre and time details and also a self declaration form. The rest part of JEE Main admit card is instruction to candidates and NTA’s preparation for exam.
How to fill JEE Main Self Declaration form 2020
Candidates must read the JEE Main self declaration form 2020 carefully before filling. Every detail printed on the self declaration form has to be filled.

JEE Main self declaration form mentions the symptoms in the form of a box. Candidates have to tick the box of symptom which they have or leave it unticked if they do not have any symptom

Details about travel history in the last 14 days also need to be provided in the space provided. Candidates have to enter places they have visited and their duration of stay. If they have not visited any place, leave it blank.

Candidates have to arrive to the exam centre as per the time mentioned on their admit card

Gathering outside the exam centre must be avoided

Candidates should wear masks in and around the JEE Main exam centre. Entry without mask will not be permitted inside the exam centre

Temperature of candidate will be checked before entering the exam centre

Candidates will be allowed to carry only the permitted items mentioned on their JEE Main admit card

Candidates will be provided with a fresh mask on entry to exam hall.
JEE Main 2020 is being conducted at 660 exam centres located at 224 exam cities in the country. JEE Main paper 2 for B.Arch/B.Plan was conducted on September 1 while Paper 1 for B.E./B.Tech is being conducted from today till September 6.
