NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Mains 2025) results for 23 candidates whose results were previously withheld. Candidates will be able to check their JEE Mains BE, BTech paper 1 results through the NTA official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, now.
“The cases of certain candidates whose results were withheld due to discrepancies in their Photographs, Biometric details or other personal information for identity verification, have been reviewed in the light of the documents provided by the candidates and the subsequent verification by the NTA,” the latest notification read.
Without specifying the numbers, the NTA said that the JEE Main results 2025 for the remaining candidates, who did not provide the correct documents, have been issued ‘show cause notice’ and suitable action will be taken against them.

The JEE Mains result 2025 for candidates whose have provided the documents and upon verification was found to be in order will be able to download the JEE Main score card using their login credentials such as application number, password, and captcha code.
In JEE Mains session 1 exam 2025, the NTA scores of 39 candidates were not declared as they were found to have been involved in unfair means. In session 2, a total of 110 were found indulging in unfair mean, including forgery of documents, and their results were also withheld. In addition to this, the results of 23 candidates have been withheld due to discrepancies in their photographs, biometric details or other personal information for identity verification.
Following this, the NTA asked these candidates to provide valid proof of their photo duly attested by a Gazetted officer to NTA within a specified date for their results to be declared. Students who submitted the documents on time can check their JEE Main scorecard now on official websites.
