NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the JEE Mains admit card March at jeemain.nta.nic.in 2021. Candidates who are going to appear in the NTA JEE Main 2021 March exam can download the IIT JEE hall ticket from the official website using their application number and date of birth. JEE Main March 2021 exam will be held from March 15 to 18.

Along with the details regarding the exam centre and exam date and time, the JEE Main admit card 2021 also includes important exam day instructions. The NTA has released the JEE Mains March admit card as a three-page document, consisting of general details, self-declaration for COVID-19, exam day instructions, and advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19.

JEE Main March 2021 admit card - Important points to consider

1. JEE Main 2021 self-declaration form

The self-declaration form is available on the first page of the admit card of JEE Main 2021. Candidates are required to fill out the self-declaration form and carry it with them to the examination centre. In the JEE Main self declaration form, candidates have to mention if they have any symptom of cough, fever, breathlessness, sore throat or have come in close contact with a confirmed case COVID-19 patient in the last 14 days.

2. Know the items that are allowed inside the exam centre

The JEE Mains March 2021 admit card also contains a list of items that are allowed inside the exam centre. Candidates will be allowed to carry the following items inside the JEE Main 2021 exam hall:

  • JEE Main 2021 admit card along with duly filled self-declaration/ undertaking.

  • Personal transparent water bottle.

  • Original Id proof

  • A simple transparent ballpoint pen.

  • Spare photograph of candidate (to be pasted on attendance sheet)

  • Personal Hand sanitizer (50 ml).

  • Mask and gloves

  • PwD Certificate (if claiming reservation)

  • Sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/orange) in case the candidate is diabetic.

3. Advisory regarding COVID-19

NTA has released a special advisory for candidates regarding COVID-19 along with the JEE Main admit card 2021. The JEE Main March 2021 exam will be held with the proper implementation of social distancing measures to ensure health and safety. Candidates are required to adhere to all the JEE Main 2021 exam day guidelines to ensure the safety of their own and other applicants.

4. JEE Main dress code 2021

Although the authorities have not released any specific guidelines on JEE Main 2021 dress code, however, there are certain restrictions on what to wear and what not to. Shoes/ footwear with thick soles and garments with large buttons will not be permitted inside the JEE Main 2021 exam centre. Also, if religion/ customs require candidates to wear specific attire, they are advised to report at the JEE Main 2021 exam centre early for thorough checking and mandatory frisking.
