The Jharkhand PECE counselling 2025 will be conducted in three rounds, and seat allotment will be done online based on candidates’ choices, merit rank and category. Only candidates who have been declared qualified in the Jharkhand PECE 2025 result and whose names appear in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
According to the official schedule, the deadline to register for the first round of Jharkhand PECE 2025 counselling and complete the choice filling process is July 8. The first seat allotment result will be released on July 13, and provisional allotment letters can be downloaded between July 14 and July 19.
Jharkhand PECE 2025 counselling fee
To register for the Jharkhand PECE counselling 2025, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs 400 for general, EWS, BC-I and BC-II categories and Rs 250 for SC, ST and all female candidates. To download the provisional allotment letter, a partial admission fee of Rs 1,000 should be paid. This will be adjusted against tuition fees at the time of admission. If a candidate does not take admission after allotment, the amount will be forfeited.
“Candidates who wish to participate in the second round of counselling for re-allotment of seats or change of branch/institute (whether they were allotted a seat or not, admitted or not in the first round) may do so. If a candidate already admitted in the first round is allotted a new seat in the second round, they must take admission in the new institute/branch as their previous admission will automatically stand cancelled,” the official notice said.
