JIPMER Admission 2024: Registration begins for post doctoral fellowship, certificate courses; eligibility

NEW DELHI: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) has started the registration process for Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) and Post Doctoral Certificate Courses (PDCC) for the July 2024 session. The JIPMER 2024 registration deadline for PDF and PDCC programme is April 23 until 4:00 pm. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the PGIMER 2024 registration form by visiting the official website jipmer.edu.in.

The JIPMER entrance exam 2024 admit card will be issued from April 29 to May 4. The JIPMER 2024 entrance exam is scheduled to be held on May 5 for a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes from 9 am to 10:30 am. The medium of the exam will be English and there will be multiple-choice questions (MCQs) only. The merit list will be published on May 15. The JIPMER PDF and PDCC courses will begin on July 1.

Eligibility

The applicant must either be an Indian citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) registered under section 7A of the Citizenship Act 1955. OCI candidates need to provide proof of registration under section 7A of the Citizenship Act 1955 during admission; failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), degree from a university recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC). Additionally, the mentioned degree must be registered with either the NMC National Medical Commission or the State Medical Council. Furthermore, candidates are required to have completed their qualifying postgraduate course by June 30, 2024.
