New Delhi, June 7 : Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER) Puducherry has declared the result of JIPMER MBBS 2019 at around 6.30 pm today for candidates who have appeared in the computer-based exam, which was conducted on June 2. JIPMER authorities have earlier notified that the result would be declared on or before June 21. The result has been released in the form of category-wise merit lists; there are a total of 11 categories. Additionally, Overall Merit List has also been released, which is available in two parts.

Individual Rank letters for all candidates will be issued from 11 am onward on June 12. Also, JIPMER authority will not send any individual communication though.
Based on JIPMER 2019 results, a total of 2055 candidates have been selected for the first round of counselling which will be held from June 26-28. Please note that PwD candidates before that are required to report for medical check-up on June 25.

When will counselling start?
The counselling will be conducted on different days depending on the category of the candidate, as shown in the table below. The counselling will be conducted in physical mode, so shortlisted candidates will have to report on the scheduled day and at the assigned time with all relevant documents.

Through JIPMER MBBS counselling and seat allotment process, a total of 200 MBBS seats will be filled; these include 150 seats offered by JIPMER Puducherry campus and 50 seats JIPMER Karaikal campus.
