New Delhi, April 2019: Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry, will release the admit card of JIPMER PG 2019 (July session) in online mode on April 29. It can be downloaded from the official website, by entering one’s user id and password. An essential document for appearing in JIPMER 2019, the admit card will carry information like name and roll number of the candidate, date and time of the exam, and exam venue details.
JIPMER PG 2019 will be conducted in computer-based mode on May 18. The test is 3 hours long and will include objective type and multiple choice questions (MCQs). The result of the exam will be declared on May 31.
There are a total of 100 MD/MS seats that will be filled through JIPMER PG 2019 (July session).
How to download JIPMER PG 2019 admit card
Go to the official website - jipmer.edu.in
Click on the admit card download link
A candidate login window will open
Enter user id and password
Upon successful login, admit card will be displayed on screen
Check that details mentioned on it are legible and correct
After confirming, download and take a printout of the admit card
What if there is discrepancy in JIPMER PG admit card?
In case there is any discrepancy, like the exam date is wrongly given, name is incorrect, or some data is missing or blurred, the candidate needs to get in touch with exam officials immediately by sending a mail at academic@jipmer.edu.in. In the mail, one must mention the discrepancy, the name of the candidate, and user ID.

Documents to carry alongside JIPMER admit card
On the day of the exam, apart from the admit card, the candidate also needs to bring with them a valid ID proof, which can be any one of Aadhar Card/E-Aadhar Card or passport. No other ID will be accepted.
However, there is relaxation for candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir, Meghalaya and Assam, who can produce any of the following documents in place of Aadhaar card or passport.
Driving License,
Voter ID card,
Bank Passbook with the photograph, and
Any other Government ID proof with a photograph.
