NEW DELHI, JANUARY 9: JKBOSE annual regular class 12 result for Kashmir division released yesterday has been recorded as the worst result in the last ten years. The overall pass percentage this year showed a dip by 10 percent from last year. This year, the pass percentage recorded is 51.77 for Kashmir Division which was 61 percent last year.
Approximately 69.982 students had appeared for the exams this year out of which a total of 36.227 qualified. As per reports, the reason cited for the same is that students have been focusing on attending coaching institutes rather than school. However, from this year, results are expected to improve as class 11 students will be appearing for exams under JKBOSE.
