JKCET 2020 postponed due to COVID-19; applications to continue till April 20

NEW DELHI - The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has postponed the JKCET 2020 exam till further notice. The authorities have affirmed the continuation of JKCET application form and uploading documents on the official website till last date, i.e. April 20 which was recently extended.

As per the previous schedule, JKCET 2020 was scheduled to be conducted on April 26 in offline mode across various exam centres for admissions to engineering and para-medical courses in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Online applications were commenced on March 12 for interested candidates.

About JKCET

Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test is the state entrance exam conducted by JKBOPEE for admissions to engineering courses in Jammu and Kashmir. Interested candidates have to comply with the eligibility criteria and fill in the online application form in order to appear in the entrance examination. Thereafter, based on candidates’ performance in the entrance, counselling process takes place and admissions are served.
