JNU Admissions 2024: Registration for UG, COP courses ends tomorrow; first merit list on August 21

NEW DELHI: The Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will close the registration window for admission to Undergraduate (UG) and Certificate of Proficiency (COP) programmes tomorrow, August 12 at 11:50 pm. Candidates can register for JNU UG admissions 2024 through the official website, jnuee.jnu.ac.in using their NTA application number as ID and date of birth as their password.

Candidates with higher scores in the NTA-conducted computer-based test (CBT) will be given preference if there is a tie in the merit list for undergraduate and COP programmes, as per tie-breaking criteria.

If the tie remains, Class 10 and Class 12 examination marks will be considered for further admission process.

The steps to register and apply for JNU admission 2024 are as follows.

• Visit the official website JNU, at jnuee.jnu.ac.in.

• On the homepage, click on the link ”Registration form for UG, COP and DOP”

• After choosing the programme, click on the registration link.

• Register on the website.

• Fill in the application form by providing personal details, and other educational qualifications.

• Upload the required documents.

• Pay the application fee.

• Download and keep a printed copy for future reference.
