NEW DELHI: Joint Seat Allocation Authority has announced the JoSAA 2020 seat allotment round 1 on October 17. Candidates can now check the JoSAA round 1 seat allotment at josaa.nic.in. To check JoSAA seat allotment results, candidates have to log in using their JEE Main 2020 application number, password, and security pin. Note that only those candidates who have registered for JoSAA 2020 counselling registration are eligible for JoSAA seat allotment.

Steps to check JoSAA Seat Allotment 2020
Visit the official website of JoSAA 2020 - josaa.nic.in
Click on the “JoSAA seat allotment results - Round 1” link
Login using the JEE Main 2020 application number, password, and security pin
Upon successful login, JoSAA 2020 seat allotment letter will be displayed.
Download and take a printout of the allotment letter
The authorities will be conducting a total of six rounds of JoSAA 2020 seat allotment which will be followed by two special rounds. Candidates who are listed in the JoSAA 2020 first seat allotment are required to report online from October 17 to 19. Also, all the candidates who are allotted a seat are required to pay the seat acceptance fee using the e-challan or SBI Net Banking.
Earlier, the authorities announced the JoSAA first and second mock seat allocation on October 12 and 14 respectively. Through mock allotment, candidates were able to get an idea regarding the allotment of seats such that they were able to make corrections in the choices filled by them.
