The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced the seat allotment result for the final round of the JoSAA counselling 2025 for admissions to engineering programmes in the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and other participating institutes. Candidates can check JoSAA round 6 result 2025 on the official website, josaa.nic.in.

The counselling authority clarified on the website that JoSAA counselling 2025 round 6 is for both IITs and NIT+ system. As per the JoSAA 2025 counselling schedule, candidates can report online by paying the fee, uploading documents, and responding to queries by 5 pm on July 20, 2025.

In case of NITs, those students who wish to withdraw their seats can exit the JoSAA counselling between July 16 and 21. The last date for responding to the queries on withdrawal is July 22. The Partial Admission Fee (PAF) can be paid online between July 23 and 27. The payment issues will be resolved on July 28.

Soon, the counselling authority will issue the JoSAA opening and closing rank 2025 for the last round. After this, the Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will conduct the CSAB 2025 counselling for the special round for filling the vacant seats left after the closure of JoSAA counselling. The vacancies in BTech seats will be displayed on July 30 and the registration will begin on the same day.
