Karnataka Second PUC Result 2026: Over 7.1 lakh candidates from 5,174 colleges await results; KSEAB revises passing criteria from 35%-30% for 2026 results
The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) will announce the Karnataka 2nd PUC Result 2026 tomorrow at 3 pm. Candidates can check their results at KSEAB official website karresults.nic.in and via DigiLocker.
KSEAB said in the official press release that the result details will also be sent to students' registered mobile number via WhatsApp or SMS by the board.
The board held 2nd PUC exams from February 28 and March 17, 2026 with a total of 7,10,363 candidates from 5,174 PU colleges appearing for the examination. Among them, 6,46,801 were fresh applicants, 50,540 appeared as repeat candidates, and 13,022 took the exam as private candidates.
The KSEAB has decreased the minimum passing criteria this year from 35% to 30%. As per the official KSEAB notification, students are now required to score at least 30 marks in each subject, including both theory and internal assessments, and achieve a minimum aggregate of 33% (198 out of 600 marks) to qualify.

Visit the official results website at karresults.nic.in

On the homepage, click on the link titled ‘Karnataka 2nd PUC Examination-1 Result 2026’

Enter your registration number and select the appropriate stream or subject as required

Click on the ‘Submit’ button to proceed

Your result, along with subject-wise marks, will be displayed on the screen

Carefully review all the details mentioned in the marksheet

Download the result and take a printout for future use, especially for admissions and documentation
