The fee hike will apply to all exams under all categories, including private, repeat, and fresher candidates appearing in the SSLC exams 2027.
Karnataka board has not yet announced the dates for the Karnataka SSLC exam 2027. Based on previous year trends, SSLC exams will be held tentatively in March and April, followed by exam 3 in May and June, and exam 3 in July.
Students will be able to download the Karnataka SSLC exam dates 2027 on the official website at kseab.karnataka.gov.in.
KSEAB hikes exam fee by 5%
According to the KSEAB circular, the renewal fee for private candidates who have already registered and paid the examination fee has been increased from Rs 72 to Rs 76.
Meanwhile, the exam fee for private fresh candidates has been revised from Rs 248 to Rs 260.
Similarly, the registration fee for private repeaters appearing for two subjects has risen from Rs 559 to Rs 587, while the fee for three or more subjects has been increased from Rs 752 to Rs 790.
