The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued the Karnataka NEET PG 2025 round 2 counselling schedule. As per the official notice, candidates who accepted seats under choice-2 and paid the fee, those who selected choice-3, and those who entered options but were not allotted any seat are eligible to participate in the second round of counselling.
Candidates can exercise the option entry modification for Karnatak NEET PG 2025 round 2 from December 12 to December 19. This round will cover seats left unfilled after the first round, including cancelled, surrendered or newly added seats.
KEA has allowed modification of options based on first-round entries. Candidates may change, delete or re-order their options. However, no changes will be permitted once the second-round allotment result is published.
The temporary Karnatak NEET PG 2025 round 2 seat allotment result will be released on December 20, followed by the final allotment on December 22. The last date to report to the allotted college is December 28, before 5:30 pm.

The authority further states that participation in the second round requires mandatory submission of original documents at the KEA office in Bengaluru as per the notified rank-wise schedule.
“If a candidate fails to submit the original documents for participating in the second round, such candidates will not be considered for second-round PG medical seat allotment even if they had submitted choices in the first round,” the official notice said.
