NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2021 counselling schedule. The Karnataka PGCET 2021 counselling dates are available on its official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/kea.

As per the official notification, the Karnataka PGCET 2021 document verification will be done for MBA/MCA, M.E/M.TECH and M.ARCH courses. The document verification will be done at Bangalore, Mysore, Bellary, Belagavi, Kalburgi, Shimoga, Mangalore, Bijapur, Dharwad, Davangere etc. The notification also states that if the candidate has got multiple ranks, then they can come to the above mentioned helpline centres on the scheduled date as per their highest rank in any discipline.

Exercising choices by the seat allotment candidates in consultation with their parents

Payment of fees by Choice 1 and Choice 2 candidates

January 17 to 18, 2022

Last date for reporting at alloted colleges (Choice 1 candidates only) along with all the originals as per verification slip

January 19, 2022 (before 5:30 pm)


According to the KEA, candidates having general merit, belonging from reserved and special category can attend the Karnataka PGCET 2021 document verification in any of the helpline centres however, those candidates who are non-Karnataka, GATE 2021 qualified or sponsored quota, part time quota will have to attend the document verification in Bangalore centre only as per their ranks.

What to carry at the Karnataka PGCET 2021 document verification?

  • All original documents (Education qualifications, certificates and IDs)

  • One set of document attested by Gazetted officer

  • Two passport size photos

If candidates fail to carry any of the documents for verification they will not be considered for the eligibility to exercise their options.
