: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the Karanataka PGCET 2021 application window today on 17 September in online mode. Candidates who wish to appear for the exam are recommended to check the Karnataka PGCET 2021 eligibility criteria. Eligible candidates can start filling the application form available at the official website- kea.kar.nic.in. The Karnataka PGCET application was released on 3 September and today is the last date to apply.

Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (Karnataka PGCET) will be held on October 22, 2021. The entrance exam is conducted to provide admissions into various PG courses in top private and Government institutions based in karnataka. The last date to apply for Karnataka PGCET is September 17,2021. The Karantaka PGCET 2021 application fee amount is Rs.650/-. Candidates belonging to reservation have to pay 500/-.

Karnataka PGCET 2021 - Eligibility criteria
Candidates willing to apply for karnataka PGCET 2021 are highly encouraged to check the eligibility criteria of Karnataka PGCET 2021 before beginning the application process

Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination or equivalent examination

Candidates must have passed the required exam with atleast of minimum 55%, the reserved category students have relaxation of 5%, which is 45%.

Candidates must have been resided in the karnataka from past seven years and should have studied in Government or Government institutions for atleast 7 years (either regular or in a broken period)

Candidates either of the parents should have studied in a Government institution for about 7 years within karnataka state.

Those candidates wishing to attempt the exam through GATE should possess a valid GATE score

Candidates applying for the Karnataka PGCET 2021 are required to pay an application fee in order to complete the application process. Payment can be made online via net banking/credit card/debit card and in offline mode the cash can be deposited at any State branch of Mysore.
