NEW DELHI, JULY 30: Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released the official schedule for the second extended round of KCET 2019 counselling. Eligible candidates will be able to start the process of option entry from July 31, 2019. Through the option entry, the candidates will be able to add, modify or delete the options as per their preference. The candidates will also be required to surrender their allotted seat in the first or second round before accepting the allotment through second extended round.

During option entry, the candidates are advised to enter or keep only those options which they would join if allotted as per merit. If the candidate is allotted, he/she will have to join the college otherwise he/she will not be eligible to appear for CET next year for a seat in the same discipline.

Candidates who surrender their seat allotted in the first and second round will be entitled to get a refund of fee amount after deducting Rs. 5000 from the paid amount.
