NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will close the registration window of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2024) on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The KCET 2024 is being held for admission into undergraduate programmes in engineering, naturopathy and yoga, veterinary, pharmacy, agriculture, nursing, dental, Ayurveda, unani, homoeopathy and others.

The KEA said candidates participating for medical, dental and Ayush programmes also have to appear for the National Elibility-cum-Entrance Test (UG) 2024 while those applying for UG architecture have to sit for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA). Candidates applying for the KCET 2024 will have to upload a passport size photograph, signature and left thumb impression. All the three particulars have to be in jpg format and not greater than 50 KB.

Students will also have to upload the following documents:

  • Class 10 marks sheet
  • Class 12 marks sheet
  • All the reservation certificates
  • Certificate (NCLC), Hyderabad-Karnataka (HK) Certificates)
  • Details of education in Karnataka.

KCET 2024 important dates

The KCET 2024 admit card will be issued on April 7. The entrance test will be held on April 18 and 19, and the Kannada language test will be held on April 20. The KCET 2024 result will be announced on May 20.

KCET 2024 exam pattern

KCET will have 180 questions in three sections, which they will have to attempt in 1 hour 20 minutes. For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded and no mark will be deducted for wrong response.
