KEA issues KCET 2025 bell timings for Kannada language test scheduled for April 15
KCET 2025: Kannada language test will be conducted from 10:30 to 11:30 am for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates.
NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued the bell timings for Kannada language test for Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025. The test will be held on April 15 from 10:30 am to 11:30 am for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates.
KCET admit card 2025 is available on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. KCET 2025 will be conducted for other aspirants on April 16 and 17.
KCET 2025 bell timings for Kannada language test
KEA has issued the following instructions for candidates:
First Bell at 10:10 am
- Candidates who present the KCET admit card 2025 and identity card will be allowed to enter the examination room and sit on the allotted seat.
- The room supervisor will verify the photograph on the UGCET admit card with the candidate appearing for the examination and the identity card and sign the admit card.
Second bell at 10:20 am
- At 10.20 AM, the deputy chief examination superintendent / question paper keeper will bring the sealed answer sheet envelopes containing the question paper to the room supervisors in their rooms.
- The room supervisor should show the sealed answer sheet envelopes containing the question paper to the candidates and say loudly, “The answer sheets containing the question paper are kept in a sealed envelope and the envelope is not broken.”
- V.S.: Only the room supervisor is authorized to open the envelope containing the question paper (Question Paper cum Answer Sheet Booklet). Except for the room supervisor, no other officer / staff / Deputy Chief Examination Superintendent / Question Paper Keeper / President / Secretary / Administrative Officer etc. will be authorized to open the envelope containing the question paper.
- At 10:25 am, the envelope containing the question paper cum answer sheet booklet will be distributed to the candidates in a proper manner. Candidates should carefully write their CET number and date of birth in it.
- Candidates should carefully write the version code and question paper serial number on the nominal roll. Then, they should also sign the answer sheet along with the question paper in the prescribed space.
- Candidates will not be allowed to look at the question paper booklet or answer the questions in the paper until the third bell rings.
- The room supervisor will obtain the signatures of the candidates on the nominal roll and match them with the printed signatures.
Third Bell at 10:30 am
- Candidates will be given the opportunity to answer on the answer sheet provided with the question paper.
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter or leave the examination room after this bell rings at 10.30 am.
Fourth bell at 11 am
- This is the first warning bell, the room supervisor notifying the candidates that the half-hour examination period is over.
Fifth bell at 11:25 am
- This is the second and final warning bell, the room supervisor notifying candidates that there are only five minutes left until the end of the exam.
Sixth bell at 11:30 am
- Examination is over.
- As soon as this bell rings, the room supervisor must ensure that candidates have stopped answering on the answer sheet provided with the question paper.
- The room supervisor will collect the answer sheet along with the question paper from the candidates.
- Candidates should ensure that they have received the answer sheet along with the question paper before leaving the examination room.
