The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the schedule for the first round of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 counselling for admissions to engineering, veterinary, farm science, Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT), and allied health science courses. Candidates can fill in their preferences for courses and colleges on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in, by July 15.

The KCET 2025 round 1 mock seat allotment results will be published on July 19, after 11 am. From July 19 to July 22, candidates will be given the option to add, alter, rearrange, or delete any of their previous preferences, following which the final seat allotment results will be declared on July 25.

For the online KCET option entry login, candidates need to either scan a QR code, or fill in their CET number, both of which can be found on the certificate verification slip.

KCET Counselling: Practical courses

Candidates who have obtained separate ranks for practical and regular in the veterinary and farm science courses, should enter the options separately from practical and regular programmes during the KCET counselling.

The fee structure for KCET 2025 colleges for engineering and architecture courses ranges from Rs 44,000 to Rs 1,21,610 across various government, aided, un-aided, and private institutions. For allied health science courses, the tuition fee ranges from Rs 14,000 to Rs 76,380 for the general category. Students belonging to reserved categories have lower fee structures.

KCET counselling for architecture, yoga and naturopathy, Bachelor of Science (BSc) nursing, pharmacy, medical, dental, Ayurveda, homeopathy, and Unani has not begun yet.
