KCET 2026 Registration LIVE: KEA UGCET dates revised again; application to open today

Candidates scoring more than 161 marks in the KCET 2026 will be able to secure a good rank in the top 50 All India.

The KCET 2026 rank can be determined by the candidate's scores in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, and the qualifying examination, with equal weighting assigned to each.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has again revised the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2026) registration dates, and the application form will now open today.

KEA has removed the previously listed KCET 2026 exam dates from the official website. Earlier, the exam was scheduled for May 25 and 26, with the admit card release on May 1 and result declaration on June 30. The authority is expected to announce a revised exam schedule and updated dates for admit card issuance and result declaration soon.

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has revised the registration dates for KCET 2026. The Karnataka UGCET 2026 application process will now begin today. Candidates can submit their forms through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

KEA will issue the KCET 2026 admit card on May 1. Registered candidates will be able to download the hall ticket from the official website using their login credentials. The admit card is mandatory for entry to the examination centre.

Candidates applying for KCET 2026 will have to complete the online application process by March 15 to avoid late fees. The exam is conducted for admission to undergraduate courses offered by participating colleges across Karnataka.

The Karnataka Examination Authority has started the KCET 2026 application process from January 15. Eligible candidates can submit the Karnataka UGCET 2026 application form through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov. The application window will remain open without a late fee till March 15.

As per the revised schedule, KCET 2026 exam will be held on May 25 and 26. The last date for KCET registration 2026 without late fee is March 15. 

KEA begins KCET 2026 registration; engineering, pharmacy exam dates revised

KEA has started accepting online applications for the KCET 2026 exam. 

The KCET 2026 total marks subject-wise are as follows.

KCET exam 2026 will be held for 1 hour and 20 minutes in pen and paper based mode. 

The application fee for Karnataka candidates from GM, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B categories is Rs 500. Candidates from SC, ST, and Category 1 of Karnataka are required to pay Rs 250. Candidates who studied outside Karnataka must pay Rs 750, while applicants from outside India are required to pay Rs 5,000.

KCET 2026 will be conducted from April 22 to April 24. The Kannada language test for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates is scheduled on April 22. Physics and Chemistry exams will be held on April 23, followed by Mathematics and Biology on April 24.
