KCET Counselling 2025: KEA extends second round fee payment, reporting deadlines for BTech, BPharm admission

Try NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has revised the counselling schedule for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025 second round. According to the updated notice, candidates can now complete the fee payment for choice-1 and choice-2 till tomorrow, September 3.
Candidates who have opted for Choice-3 are required to pay a caution deposit of Rs 10,000 by September 3, 2025. Those allotted seats in engineering, architecture, nursing, pharmacy, AYUSH, farm science, and allied health science courses can complete the fee payment through the official KEA website — cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
“The date for payment of fees, downloading of Seat Confirmation Slip, and to report to the college has been extended to the candidates who have been allotted seat in the second round and selected suitable choices, and the candidates have been requested to take appropriate steps. For more details, candidates can refer to this office notification dated 30-08-2025,” the official notice said.

As per the official notice, candidates under choice 1 can download the seat confirmation slip till 5:30 pm on September 4, 2025, after completing the fee payment. Candidates will also have to report to the allotted colleges with original documents, two photocopies, and a mobile set before 6:30 pm on the same day.
The KEA declared the KCET 2025 round 2 provisional seat allotment result on September 2, and the final allotment result was announced on September 3. The KCET 2025 was conducted over two days, on April 16 and 17, for the main subjects. The Kannada language test paper was held on April 15.
