Try NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the final seat allotment result for the second round of UGCET 2026 counselling for engineering and other undergraduate professional courses. The announcement was made on August 24, 2026, through the authority’s official X account. KEA said candidates allotted seats can complete the admission process between August 25 and 28.

The second-round allotment covers admission to engineering, architecture, yoga and naturopathy, agricultural sciences, veterinary science, BSc Nursing, BPharm, Pharm-D, BPT, BPO and allied health science courses.
KEA UGCET 2026 Round 2 important dates
According to KEA, candidates allotted seats in these courses have two options. Those satisfied with their allotted seat can select choice 1, pay the prescribed fee and report to the allotted college. Candidates who do not wish to accept the allotted seat can select choice 4 and exit the counselling process.

Steps to check KEA UGCET Round 2 final allotment result 2026
To check the allotment status, candidates must follow these steps.
- Visit the official KEA website at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- On homepage, look for UGCET 2026 section and click on the link for the round 2 seat allotment result
- Enter the required login credentials, including Karnataka CET number and date of birth
- Enter CAPTCHA code and submit the details
- Check the allotted course and college displayed on screen
- Download and save the allotment details for future references
The authority had released the round 2 provisional allotment earlier this month, and candidates were allowed to raise objections before processing of final allotment.
UGNEET 2026 counselling update
KEA has also announced an exit facility for candidates who have secured medical or dental seats through the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) or in other states. Such candidates can opt for choice 4 and exit the KEA counselling process without penalty, according to the authority.
