Karnataka NEET UG 2025 stray vacancy option entry deadline extended again; fill choices till December 15

Try NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the deadline for entering Karnataka NEET UG options for the stray vacancy round. As per the latest notification, candidates can now submit their Karnataka NEET UG 2025 stray vacancy round choices till 11 am on December 15.
Earlier, the option entry window for the stray vacancy round was scheduled to close on December 13. KEA states that the extension has been granted following directions of the Hon’ble High Court and subsequent developments after the declaration of the third round seat allotment results.
After the third round results, KEA published a list of candidates who had paid the fee and downloaded the seat confirmation slip but did not report to the allotted colleges for admission. These candidates have been given a final opportunity to join their respective colleges.
“However, as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court, after the declaration of the result of the 3rd round of seat allotment, the list of candidates who have paid the fee and downloaded the seat confirmation slip but have not reported to the college for admission has been published on the KEA Website and the said candidates have been given a final opportunity to join the college,” the official notice said.

KEA clarified that if such candidates fail to complete admission, the vacant seats will be added to the pool for allotment in the stray vacancy round.
Candidates who have not paid the medical course fee can make the payment online to the KEA account. After transferring the fee, candidates will have to submit the payment details along with their CET number to KEA or send them via email to keavikasana@gmail.com to become eligible for the Karnataka NEET UG option entry in the stray vacancy round.
KEA further informed that the provisional Karnataka NEET UG 2025 result of the stray vacancy round seat allotment will be declared after 4 pm on December 15.
