Nativity Proof

Birth Certificate/SSLC certificate/passport showing the candidate’s place of birth.

Date of Birth Proof

Date of birth proof certificate in PDF format.

Non-creamy layer certificate/community certificate (if applicable)

• Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from Village Officer for claiming SEBC/OEC reservation.

• Community certificate secured from the Tahsildar for claiming SC/ST community reservation.

Special reservation Certificate (if applicable)

• Relevant certificates to claim special reservation for categories like XS/DK/SD/RP/HR.

• Certificates must be secured from the authorities not earlier than 6 months from the KEAM 2021 registration last date.

Income certificate (if applicable)

Income certificate from the concerned Village Officer.

Other certificates

Required certificates for claiming any other claims like NRI, minority, etc.
