Kendriya Vidyalaya admission guidelines to change: KV Sangathan

NEW DELHI: The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is making "some essential changes or modifications in the KVS admission guidelines", it said in a notice issued on March 3. The full notice is given below.

According to the notice, posted on the KVS website, the Sangathan is "receiving [a] number of queries regarding the announement of admission schedule" for the 2020-21 academic session.

It goes on to say that the admission process will begin after the changes are made. "The KVS will issue detailed instructions/guidelines very soon in this regards," says the note from E Prabahaka, joint commissioner, KVS. It also directes KVS officials to "instruct all principals...to wait till further orders".

The admission guidelines for the current academic year, 2019-20, had been issued by the KVS on February 28, 2019.
