KSET 2023 final answer key out at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in; how to download

NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the final answer key for the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2023. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check the KSET 2024 final answer key for 42 subjects on the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

“KSET 2023 examination was conducted on 13.01.2024 for papers of 42 different subjects. The final key answers for all the 42 different subject papers have been published on the website of the authority for the information of the candidates,” said KEA in an official notice.

How to download KSET final answer key 2024?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the final answer key:

• Go to the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
• Click on the admissions tab and select KSET
• Now click on the link “KSET 2023 final key answers”
• Subject-wise answer key PDFs will be displayed
• Click on the subject name you appeared for
• KSET 2023 answer key PDF will appear on the screen
• Download the PDF for future reference

The exam authority released the revised answer keys for 22 subjects of KSET 2023 after receiving objections by the candidate. Students were allowed to submit their grievances against the provisional answer key by February 17. The preliminary answer key was released on January 29.

KSET 2023 exam was conducted on January 13 for the recruitment of assistant professors in state universities. The entrance exam was held in two sessions. Paper 1 was conducted for one hour from 10 am to 11 am while paper 2 was held for two hours from 12 pm to 2 pm. The exam carried a total of 300 marks with the first paper of 100 marks and the second paper of 200 marks. Paper 1 comprised 50 objective type questions while paper 2 included 100 questions. All questions carried two marks each.

In order to pass the exam, candidates belonging to the general category need to score 40 percent aggregate marks in the two papers. SC, ST, PwD, transgender and other candidates require 35% marks in the two papers.
