KTET 2025 admit card out for paper 1, 2; exam on December 7 in two shifts

The Department of School Education, Karnataka has issued the Karnataka Teacher Eligibility Test (KTET) 2025 admit card today. Registered candidates who will be appearing in the KTET 2025 eligibility test can download the exam hall ticket through the official website at sts.karnataka.gov.in.

The login details to download the KTET 2025 admit card includes username and password. No physical copy of the admit card will be sent by post, according to official notice.

The pen and paper based KTET 2025 examination will be held on December 7 in two shifts. The forenoon shift will be conducted from 9:30 am to 12 noon, while the afternoon shift will take place from 2 pm to 4:30 pm.

The competitive eligibility exam question paper will carry 150 marks and consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question will have four options, with only one correct answer.

KTET 2025: Teacher Recruitment Test for Classes 1 to 8

Notably, there will be no negative marking in the KTET 2025.

As per the exam schedule, released by the department, the entry to exam hall for paper 1 will begin at 9 am and the frisking process will be done till 9:15 am.

Entry gates for paper 1 will be closed at 9:15 am. Likewise, the exam hall will be opened for entry to KTET 2025 paper 2 at 1:30 pm and the verification will take place until 1:45 pm.

The final entry for paper 2 will be allowed at 1:45 pm, followed by distribution of question paper. The KTET 2025 paper 1 will be held to assess candidates for different teaching levels for Classes 1 to 5, while paper 2 will be held for recruiting Classes 6 to 8 teachers.
