KV 3rd admission list 2019 released for Class 1; know details here

NEW DELHI, APRIL 23: Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has released the 3rd merit list 2019 for admission to class 1 today i.e April 23, 2019 in the online mode. The list has been released for the KV’s having vacant seats after the release of the second merit list. The first & second merit lists for admission to KV class 1 were out on March 26 & April 9, 2019 respectively.

Parents of selected students can check the third merit list on the official website of the KV to which they have applied. If their ward’s name is mentioned on the list, parents have to visit the school and fill the admission form, submit documents and pay the fees to reserve their ward’s seat. Parents must bring the printout of Registration Form filled online. They must bring their child along with them at the time of admission.

Steps to download the KV third admission list-

  • Log on to the official website of KV in which you applied.

  • Click on the KVS 3rd admission list CLASS 1.

  • The admission list will open in a pdf format.

  • Search for candidate’s name in the merit list.

* *The KV third list mentions Application number, Candidate’s name, date of birth, caste category, parent's name, service category.

Documents required at the time of admission (In original and photocopy) -

  • Original Date of Birth Certificate

  • One recent passport size photograph of the candidate.

  • General Affidavit on a 10 rupees stamp paper.

  • In case of a Government employee, service certificate on the letter head of the concerned department, in the prescribed format from the competent authority with date and stamp, signature of controlling body, latest salary slip and Government ID Card.

  • In case of Defence Personnel and Personnel of Para Military Forces who are posted outside Delhi will produce Hard Area / Field Area / Non Family Accommodation Certificate for the change in place of posting.

  • Latest Original Certificate for children belonging to SC / ST / EWS / BPL / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / PH / DA category wherever applicable

  • Residence proof (Ration Card / Latest Electricity Bill / Rent Agreement with latest Electricity / Water Bill of the landlord /Aadhar Card / Voter ID card etc).

  • Aadhar Card of the Child, Father and Mother (if not available currently must be submitted within three months from the date of admission).

  • Xerox of blood group report.

  • In the case of admission RTE, Self-declaration of distance Between School and Residence in authorized format.

  • Latest Single Girl Child Affidavit (if applicable) on a stamp paper of Rs 100 in format prescribed & attested by Class I Magistrate.
