LSAT India 2024: Registration begins for May session; apply by May 2

NEW DELHI: The Law School Admission Council (LSAC) has begun the registration process for the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) India May 2024 exam. Eligible candidates should fill out the LSAT India 2024 registration form for the May session through the official website, lsatindia.in.

The council will conduct the LSAT India 2024 exam for the May session from May 16 to 19 in multiple slots. Candidates should fill out the application form for LSAT India May 2024 by May 2.

Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs 3,999 to register for the LSAT India May 2024. The LSAT India exam is conducted twice a year. The first session of the LSAT India exam 2024 was conducted on January 21, 22 and the scorecard was released on February 7, 2024.

The LSAC conducts the LSAT India entrance exam for candidates seeking admission in 5-year Bachelor of Laws (LLB), 3-year LLB and Master of Laws (LLM) programmes offered by over 18 law schools in the country. The 18 law schools that are accepting LSAT India scores are given in the table below.

LSAT India 2024: Exam pattern

The LSAT India 2024 exam will have four sections, carrying a total of 92 questions. Candidates will get 35 minutes for each section and 2 hours 20 minutes in total to complete the exam.

Candidates will receive a scaled score between 420 and 480 as well as a percentile rank. Candidates will receive credit for correct answers, there is no negative marking or penalty for incorrect responses. The subject-wise question distribution is given in the table below.
