Over the past three years, BHMCT registrations have shown steady improvement, increasing from 936 in 2023 to 1,450 in 2024, and declining slightly to 1,436 in 2025.
This year, MAH CET 2026 registrations for the seven courses have reached 56,723 so far, a decrease of 50.40% compared to the total registrations in 2025 of 1,14,362. However, with the deadline extended to March 18, the final number is expected to increase.

According to the CET statement, students who have not yet created an APAAR ID can create it through DigiLocker. Candidates who face technical issues in creating APAAR or UDID can complete CET registration without these IDs.
