MAHA CET 5-year LLB application form link to be out soon

NEW DELHI, JANUARY 15: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra Government will be soon activating the link for MAHA CET 5-year LLB application form. The State Government CET Cell has delayed the MAHA CET LLB application process for 5-year integrated law programmes by over a fortnight. Where the MAHA CET 5-year LLB 2019 application form was earlier to be announced on January 1, was first postponed till January 10, as per the official brochure and now until mid-January, there is no sight of any MAHA CET 5-year LLB application link.

The official website notice board reads, “LL.B-5 Yrs. CET-2019 application form filling date is yet to start. It will be made available very soon.”

It’s expected that the application form of MAHA CET LLB for 5-year programme admissions will be available till March 31, 2019.

Candidates will be required to have MAHA CET 5-year LLB 2019 registration before they begin filling the application form.

Who are eligible?

Candidates who have qualified their 12th board examination will be considered eligible to apply for the MAHA CET LLB 5-year integrated programme, if they have scored at least 45% marks in aggregate of the subjects.

The Maharashtra State candidates belonging to OBC category need to have secured a minimum of 42% marks and the SC/ST/Reserved category candidates of the State will be considered eligible by securing 40% marks.

MAHA CET LLB Application Fees

The candidates will need to pay an application fee for MAHA CET 5-year LLB programme. The MAHA CET 5-year LLB application fees need to be paid online only using any of the payment options– Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/Master Card/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards and Mobile Wallet.

The General Category candidates will need to pay Rs. 800 as the MAHA CET LLB application fee, while Rs. 400 will be borne out by the candidates belonging to OBC-NCL, SC, ST and other reserved category candidates of Maharashtra State.

About MAHA CET 5-year LLB

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Five Year LLB (MAHA CET Law) is an entrance test conducted by the Directorate of Higher Education, Maharashtra for admissions to over 10000 seats on offer in the five-year integrated law programmes. Candidates qualifying the examination will be able to secure admissions into the five year integrated LLB programme offered by 153 colleges of the state universities.
