The Maharashtra Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) will declare the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Class 12 results 2026 today, May 2, at 1 pm on the official website at mahresult.nic.in and hscresult.mahahsscboard.in. Besides the official website, the MSBSHSE Maharashtra HSC result 2026 will also be accessible on hscresult.mkcl.org and via DigiLocker at results.digilocker.gov.in.
Students can check their Digilocker Maharashtra HSC result 2026 online by logging into DigiLocker using their registered mobile number or Aadhaar details. The digital marksheet will be available for download and can be used for official purposes.
Along with the Maharashtra 12th result, the board will also release the overall pass percentage, topper names, gender-wise data, and district performance. Students can access their Maharashtra HSC result 2026 through different ways, including online platforms, mobile apps, and SMS services.

The MSBSHSE conducted the Class 12 exams from February 10 to March 11, 2026, at 3,387 centres across the state. Over 14 lakh students appeared for the exams this year.
As per the Maharashtra HSC passing marks, students need at least 35% in each subject, including theory and practical together. This means students must score a minimum of 35 marks out of 100 to pass the Maha 12th examination 2026.

Based on last year’s Maharashtra HSC results, the overall pass percentage was 91.88%. Girls performed better than boys, with a pass rate of 94.58%, while boys had 89.51%. This was slightly lower compared to the previous year’s pass percentage of 93.37%.
