The Maharashtra Students Welfare Association (MSWA), a state-based students group, in a letter to the minister for higher and technical education Uday Samant, told that "thousands of students could be harmed due to non-compliance with the guidelines in the MBA admission process and also requested for a positive decision in this regard".

Several students also took to social media to raise complaints against the MAH CET 2021 exam. Many students highlighted the change in exam pattern on the day of the exam and that many questions were out of the syllabus. Some students have also decided to move the Bombay High Court to seek justice, as per reports.

An MBA aspirant, in a tweet, said, “I appeared in MBA CET Slot 6, in Devgiri College, Aurangabad. More than 15 questions I couldn't see on my display. It happened with everybody in my hall. Sir Please we request you to please conduct a re-exam for the particular centre.”

“Sir, MBA/MMS Cet conducted this year was an utter piece of shame. The syllabus and pattern with respect to the number of questions for each section were messed up. This led to a lot of chaos and uncertain performance. Please take some strict action against it," a student said.

Speaking about the change in pattern, another student cpmplained, "We Appeared for MBA CET exams on 16-17-18 sept and DTE changed the pattern on the day itself. Many students left job for preparation and are in stress now. Please help and support us."

Sir, didn't take a job and worked hard for 2+ years to get in dream MBA college. And 1.2 lakh+ get CET paper without a standard pattern. We want RE-EXAM with a standard pattern, please. Hardworking students need JUSTICE." a student said.

The MAH CET 2021 results will be declared on October 20, 2021. The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra had announced that it will try to complete the MAH CET MBA admission process by November 2.
